Ciaran Tobin buying time

Latest update on the extradition case of Ciaran Tobin: the case was adjourned for the second time yesterday. The next hearing will take place on February 3, 2010. 1. Tobin should have agreed to serve his 18 month sentence in Ireland, now the case would be finished.

However, it must be remembered that the Hungarians are responsible for all this because they gave him back his passport and let him return to Ireland.
